Daniel Akbari

Hi there! My name is Daniel Akbari. I am a 3D Artist, and I am developing Dino Card Hunt as a solo indie developer. I love video games! I have put thousands of hours into playing games like Diablo and World of Warcraft, and I am just happy to have the chance to make my own!

I started studying 3D art way back in 2008, and six years later I landed my first studio job, as a 3D Artist on War Commander at KIXEYE. It was every bit as magical as I had imagined. I moved to San Francisco and worked on-site at KIXEYE from 2014 to 2019. I started on War Commander, and later moved up to Senior 3D Artist on Kingdom Maker.

After that, I spent a few years as a Lead 3D Artist at a remote studio before deciding to go indie.

I am here because I am passionate about video games, and I hope you have as much fun playing Dino Card Hunt as I am having making it!
